This is a hard video to watch - and many won't. It's much easier to "forget" that this is happening in order to place meat upon our tables. If you do watch...then what's next?
Will you continue to eat the same as always?
Or will you have the courage to change?
As always the choice is ours...but only when we're aware we have a choice.
This is not how animals were meant to be treated.
This is not what we were meant to eat.
This is cruelty.
And this is what we ingest.
Stop.
Please.

Hi Eric
I have been slipping every now and again while trying to eat only raw fruit and vegetables so thought this video would help me ... stay true but I had to switch it off after a second or two. One second was enough so thank you for posting this and thanks to Margherita for posting your poem on facebook which then led me here.
