2. Pushup circuit- 20/10/10/10 (reg/close/wide/pike)
3. Pullups/close grip chin - 7/5
4. Alternating db curls - @25lbs 2x12
5. Straight arm frog stand -3 sets
6. Run - trail 4.11 (NB Minuus)

Unfortunetly a bad rep at the beginning of my snatch set caused my back to spasam. So I'll be hitting the foam roller, bands and joint mobility a bit harder to rehab for the race. Didn't feel bad while moving (especially running) but it's pretty stiff and sore now. I should be able to take care of it before Saturday and it will give my an excuse to keeps things easy till then.
