Todays workout -'
1. Overhead press - @65lbs 5/3/2
2. One arm jerk-@24kg 4:00 20/19
3. Pullups/close grip chins - 7/5
4. Run - trail 3.0 (Merrell Trail Glove)

And some pushups later to finish the day.
