Lots of band, foam rolling and joint mobility to start things off and the getups were done slowly as more of a mobility warmup than anything else. My left low back is feeling stiff and sore and need to work the kink out before Saturdays race. For somereason the static holds seemed to have tightened it up a bit more while the long cycle really loosened things up as did the running.
This was my last run until Saturday and I'll need to keep the lifting light as well - maybe even just bodyweight stuff on Friday.
My plan Saturday is to hopefully help bring my wife in under 8 hours. Her best 50k was nine hours on a really tough course on the hottest day of the year. If we set the right pace we should be able to do it.
