FInihsing the week off with 70+ miles and feeling pretty strong. A few little issues that seem to come with the territory (right heel mostly) but over all surprisingly strong and fit. Nice run through the hills with Matt and Randy this morning and it seems my trail legs are coming back as well. This week will be a reduction in over all volume as well as the long run (15 miles or so) and I should be going into CAT with prettty fresh and strong legs. Looking for ways to help my wife address her IT band issues as that seesm to be the limiting factor for her covering distance right now. Send along any suggestions and we would both appreciate it!
