Time to re-evaluate all the pressing. I may keep them in twice a week (light/heavy) and only work up to 3 rungs (1/2/3) for 5 or more ladders. A bit more strength and a little less volume. Next week will be relatively light lifting wise and nothing but easy runs (except midweek tempo for 3-4 miles to keep leg turnover high.) So far the weather wise I'm hearing 98 on one end and 94 on another. I choose 94 (or less) if I get a choice. Plenty of time out for things to change and if not we'll run in the heat. That's life on the trail (and the road)
