After a big weekend and bigger week (volume wise) I'm ready to start reducing the load a bit leading (three weeks) into the race. Originally I was going to do one more long run of 20+ but I'm not sure it would be worth it- la least any more so than a 15 miler which would help my legs regain their zing (technical term.)
