Training for today

Training for today -
1. One arm clean@press -@20kg 5x1
2. Pullups/close grip chins -9/5
3. Swings -@24kg 10:00 136reps
4. Plank -1:00
5. run -8.33 Bike path (Bikilas LS)

Opted for 8 stright up today instead of a double run - legs are a bit fried from this weekend. Thinking of pounding the volume this week (70+ if I'm able) and next week begin to tamper in volume but up the last long run by just a bit - maybe 24 or so. We'll see how the wek progresses and go from there.
