Training for today

1. long cycle-@20kgs 7:00 30 reps
2. plank- 1:00
3. run - trail 4.90 (Trail Gloves)

Short and simple today but definitely not easy with the heat. Need more recovery time and will need to keep the weight on the light side next week. I'm not feeling very tapered.
