Training for today

2. Swings -@24kg 5x10 915 secs between sets)
3. Pullups/close grip chins -5/5
4. Plank -1:00
5. Run -5.70 bike path (Bikilas LS)

Hoping for a 7+ run tomorrow to top out this part of the week at 20 - feel like I really needed this step down and should come back by this weekend to stronger, fresher legs. Of course the jerk set may not really help in that regard but we'll see.
