Hot day and took its toll on both Melissa and I and our pace slowed considerably near the end. Good heat training and from the looks of things we're going to need it as the latest (in an ever changing forecast)is 98 and humid on race fun. Throw in the mountains and and 31 miles and we're in for a party. Fun times (and I kinda mean that)
