That's it for the day.
Last hard run before the race and tomorrow will be light long cycle with the 16's and presses on Thursday. Friday will be some l;ight bodyweight stuff snd I'll run a couple of miles tomorrow and Thursday (leaving Thursday as an optinal rest day as well)I'm starting to feel a little stronger and more recovered so there's some reason for optimism!
