Training for today

Todays workout -
1. Long cycle -@20kgs 6:00
2. Alternating lunge - 1x16 1x20
3. Pushups - 125reps@5:00
4. Fit ball crunch - 1x30

Calling for snow tomorrow - puts a bit of a damper on my 20+ but it may be the last shot for another long run before Stone Mill. Not sure how far I would wish to push it before tapering.
