it's always found here, life in center action, and no previous time to compare nor projection to a time that might become. We even daydream of better times in the present moment. Our role is to simply be, and that only takes place here/now, and no effort is required for this to be maintained. This isn't a formula for a magical life, nor one without grief or struggle. Existence is full of everything. This note contains one message - this moment is all we have and nothing needs to be done to achieve it. We are here, always, with no technique to have brought us to this point. Relax in this awareness.
