Nowhere Else to Be

to attend - and this my daily meditation, natural, simply matter of just being present to the world without selection. This is not mindful of breath, sensation or thoughts - although each belong and may gain some focus in their time. It's that each item and object has a place of occurrence, that I am wide open for this all to be. I attend to this openness, myself as capacity, and allow myself the full experience of simply being - me. There's no magic to this, no special technique beyond seeing truly what the world offers, from grief to joyous occasion, it's all allowing life. So I attend to only to what belong each moment - even if that means my breath is well forgotten, sensations found unpleasant, or my thoughts seem worlds away. They all occur right now. And I have nowhere else to be.
