To Simply Notice

to simply notice - unattached to what appears, lingers, and then to pass. This too includes that which is cherished, or what is wished to leave much sooner. It all belongs. We have no role in any of this, life offering itself wholly as it is, an entanglement of possibilities played out entirely beyond control. To notice, marking an event or object as an occurrence of aware curiosity, a seamless happening that holds us in direct participation - this is our moments meditation, and effortlessly, it happens completely on its own.
