we don't have to do anything, no prayer, no method, nor mindful technique - the world opens to us without request. This is seeing, allowing everything to be completely as it is, our thoughts settled without need to interfere, life flowing on a course beyond control yet always with our inclusion. To see this is to be welcomed by this flow, to find that it's always occurring, and that now we are simply awake to its carry. It's all happening this moment, right now we are completely alive and awake as we will ever be, existing as the very fabric of life. Nothing we have done has caused this, we have been gifted with existence through no effort of our own. Nothing more needs to be done to come to this realization, we are awake, aware, and this alone is enough. It's enough. Indeed, life, and seeing the grace of our inclusion - is all there is to being.
