it's an open ended inquiry - nothing is provided in the sense of a definitive, final, conclusion. We're not looking for answers. It's simply the asking, abiding in the calm of not knowing, and more so, the spaciousness of not needing to know anything beyond what held with the moment. We inquire only as a means to direct attention - and then it's all a letting go.
It's one question:
Am I aware?
Allow whatever follows, ask again if the question reappears. There's no need to be mindful, to force attention to a certain sense we wish to achieve.
Just ask.

Peace,
Eric
