How To Run an Ultra (My Plan)

How to run an ultra?
Here's my plan - from 1 mile to a 100. (And whatever falls between)

Run lightly,
with ease and grace and
patience.
Be happy.
Be calm.
Accept what the day brings you and give to the
day the very best you have to offer.
Eat.
Drink.
Walk and enjoy your surroundings.
Be grateful.
Smile.
