Might do more pushups and maybe another run - but I doubt it as I'm beginning my taper for Seneca on the 5th. The weather has me down though. After my mothers death I have been anxious to get back on the trail and just give myself to nature and motion. Hasn't worked out that way of late (I think I made the trail twice in the last month or so) and even the bike paths will be a little dicey due to ice the next day or so. It's been a tough winter (emotionally) and I'm ready for spring.
On the brighter side the addition of some treadmill training and more time on the road hnd bike paths have helped me gain some spped that I was in great (and still) in need of - as well as beginning to get some more time in under the bells. Lots of arm work through the winter so I am sure to win the "best arms at an ultra" award should they ever decide to award such a thing. If not - at least my water bottle should feel lighter.
