Pullups/close grip chins – 8/6
Leg circuit -20/20/20 (squat/alternating lunge/jump squat)
Straight arm frog stand – 3 sets
Semi tucked front lever -3 sets
Swings- @24kgs 1x25

Felt great after race - better than going in. I'll run up to Wednesday this week and keep the lifting relatively light. But other than that - business as usual.
