Our Only Meditation Is To Know, To Forget, And To Know Again

and now here, this only moment known - nothing is past or beyond this point, there is no slip in thought or body from what the present holds. Even as the mind wanders through hopeful visions of tomorrow, or painful choices from the past - we remain in the timelessness of right now. There is no need to be mindful of anything other than this, no mantra anchoring us to a false assumption of how we stray. It all happens now, here. It's all allowed. Our only meditation is to know, to forget, and to know again that we've never left this present moment.
