Is 100% raw necessary for optimum health? Excellent review of a new book here with some (raw? cooked?) food for thought. Personally I have been including one cooked (vegan of course) meal a day and feel great. Could I feel better 100% raw? I don't know, maybe, but right now I'm enjoying whatr I eat, I stay mainly oil free and strive for 80/10/10 in my caloric intake. My recovery is great, my strength is improving and my endurance and immune system are both fine. I'm all for making changes as needed though so we'll see. Enjoy the review below.
