No Less Than an Entire World to See

today - my practice is seeing, to trace the origin of the view to source, and see the world again from there. It's simple really, with no effort aside from directing attention to objects and then back to where attention begins. True sight is in being honest in what's found. From an outward glance, is there a defining line from form to form? Does a tree become suddenly on its own, without being touched upon by all else held within our view? And then traced back, again is there a line crossed in which a sudden seer is found apart from the world observed? Looking towards what I hold as a belief in self, eyes, face, head, thought - do I see anything at all that could be described as any of these things within my own sight? Do my eyes find themselves - or do they find everything but their own appearance? Looking, right now, I see a world of form in a sudden (yet subtle) stop at where my head should be. It's all still there, everything, accept a solid me.
So I practice seeing.
From a headless place that holds a surprising amount.
No less than an entire
world to see.

Peace,
Eric
