Running is a series of singular moments - the contact of step to ground and sky to body - only later remembered as a run. Be a witness to the miracle of all that came together to produce a single step. For that one moment we tied together earth and sky and body - and in our joy there was no doubt that we were well deserving.
And so we took another step...
