Then Too, The Breath Is Gone

and then too, the breath is gone - and stillness

reigns supreme.

all else is just a passing moment.

Breath, motion, earth, and sky - all occur within stillness, the underlying fabric that cradles all existence. Stillness is the great allowance for things to be, to move, and shift in their expansion. At our very core we are still, a silent backdrop, and motion occurs within us. Even while it seems we're running.
