Let's begin with the premise that we can see our own absence in the world - through a direct gaze returned to source we find not a seer, but only seeing, and an awareness that holds it all in single view. Let's begin with an attempt to see our own head, to retrace a line of sight that allows our eyes to behold themselves - simply look. Only two things are found - nothing, and everything. We assume a head that occupies space while in fact there is spaciousness alone that holds the world. Look again, rely on this sight as the evidence that we are indeed formlessness channeled to a finite point of form and wonder - we are absent, but again we are here in a joyful experience of it all. Let's begin with simply seeing.

We are awareness - yet still we are motion channeled through a runner's form.
