Always here - this allowing space, an offered freedom for all things to be in their own present moment. There is no hurry here, no rush for anything to pass, nothing is grasped, nor asked to change. The simplicity is that everything is allowed because it is found within this space. Even our desire for things to be other is perfect in design. It's accepted, welcomed, and embraced for its temporary stay. As all things are. This space is our belonging - it's who we are in our deepest presence. The thoughts of separation, our anxiety, a fear-based identity that we are not enough, all these an aspect of personality existing in our larger realm. They're not who we are, having no reality outside their moment. We can let them be - our truth is larger, always here, and allowing in its compassion.

Distance running is really very simple as well - it's the allowance for things to be, pleasant and often not, for whatever length of stay. Sometimes action is required, our thirst satisfied, hunger sated, feet rested, and then the run continues. Other times its best to abide in non-attached wonder - all things will pass on their own accord. Either way we remain within this open, free, allowing place that never waivers. It's who we are no matter what the length of distance run.
Peace,
Eric
