Handing things over:
the practice is simply handing everything over to the Holy Spirit, continuously so, and almost immediately now,.Each event, situation, and whatever person acts as a trigger is blessed and let go of - I give everyone and every encounter directly to the Holy Spirit. I don't know what the plan is, why anything is happening, but there's a sure guide that will see me through it all.
