Of Our Awakening

Of our awakening: 

indeed there is something about those four words, just their consideration gives room to pause and brings a shift to something far gentler than our previous state of mind.

⁷And God thinks otherwise. (ACIM, T-23.I.2:7)

it's a prayer, 

soft,

a deliverance really, that right now in the very mind of God we are held in reverence. Loved beyond all measure. But we miss this through our own haze of denial and disbelief. Our every worst thought about ourselves is a lie. Everything we believe about another is mistaken. 

God thinks otherwise.

always.

with no exceptions. 

it's the prayer of our awakening.

Gently Offered

Gently offered: 

it's a quiet stance of kindness, peaceful, and still life continues in it's flow. There's no enlightenment found here, a smile, gently offered, is my awakening. I've finally arrived, a sincerity of practice, and it's simply forgiving, forgiving, forgiving -

everything, 

with no exceptions.

until there's just a moment cleansed of my projections...

and my heart is given to the world.

New Dawn

New dawn: 

for all to be welcomed, free of any past burdened of guilt we have laid upon others - that's where our salvation lies and the only proper use of time. This is the gift of rebirth, literally a holy instant of a continuous resurrection, and it's always offered now, right now, and nowhere else. And yet most often we  use time to condemn, bringing the past into the present moment. 

to crucify in place of redemption. 

the truth is - there's no guilt within this moment, it's all based upon the past which doesn't exist at all aside from the thoughts that we continuously project upon others. Our own freedom, our liberation, is in seeing this, and awakening from dreams of past events to the reality of this new dawn. 

in this moment, right now...

we're innocent.

and seeing this is all that matters.

welcome to this new dawn.

everyone.

no exceptions.
