A little bit of doubt:
more than ever now my life holds a great deal of doubt. Almost every thought that doesn't serve the purpose of extending love is, at the very least, examined for it's worth. This is a mindful process, in a very loving way, actually, of simply noting the thoughts that cause even the least bit of disturbance and raising them to doubt. What I'm asking for here is an open mind, to consider, for just a moment, that there might be another way to view a person or situation.
this little bit of doubt is my freedom.
shifting how I see the world.
spacious now,
loving.
forgiven.
