Only source: 

only to the extent that I am able, and maybe some moments being less than others, but all I'm ever asked to do is to trust that love is always the present source of everything that's needed. Yes, sometimes this seems a very tall order, impossible ever, yet God asks only for a little willingness to see the world a different way. For me, at this point in my life, and with still some great fear present - I am finally willing to grant that small request, opening myself to the possibility...

of love is the only source I need to recognize.

and my every need is met from here.

My trust in you:

I'm not asked to have trust, but only to have faith that trust is developed through my commitment to seeing God everywhere and in everything. This is how I practice forgiveness, relying on vision rather than mere sight, and honestly looking for the divine light that resides within us all. Once seen, even the slightest glimmer sparkling through, and trust grows and my commitment deepens.

My goal: 

you're the goal, my end result offered through continuously loving you, the path of my awakening. I am in a holy relationship with you, intimately so in the sense that I'm shown a promise of transcendence, a revelation really, as I will become the truest version of myself that's so long been hidden until now, each ongoing moment of our encounter.

My Commitment

My commitment: 

lesson 28 of A Course in Miracles has a very Zen like quality to it in that we're asked to withdraw our preconceived notions from a particular object, our stories, making a commitment to, at the very least, admitting that we have no real idea of what it is, nor what it's truly for. Our directive is in saying that above all else we wish to see this object differently, knowing that to see any one item with clarity is to then awaken to the divine light that shines within everything. 

including each other,

and yes, 

ourselves. 

so my commitment then....is to really see you.

A gift: 

what a gift you are to me, a promise, really, that my awakening lies within our every interaction, my own innocence reflected back to me through your eyes. This is what we offer to each other, to the world too, but first here, our soft gaze turned towards our truest selves.

maybe right now, only we can see each other,

but soon...

we'll see the world this way.

I Need Do Nothing

I need do nothing: 

a daily mantra, a reminder that instantly brings me great peace of mind, the simple phrase that I need do nothing is now the basis of my life. These words are my surrender, a practice that really ends all my other practices, or at least steers them from a pursuit to one of absolute joy. 

I need do nothing...A Course in Miracles calls this a statement of allegiance, giving myself fully to the Holy Spirit in complete trust in that there is, indeed, a better way. Yes, I still cause quite a mess on my own, my surrender is not yet at the point of no concerns. But I find that I am now ready in an instant to let go, there's a quicker recognition of the troubles I've made and just as quickly come the reminder that a better choice can be made. 

I need do nothing.

and with this happy recognition...

I let go.

Heaven is Now

Heaven is now: 

my aim is to no longer leave a better world behind me, not even slightly, as that only suggests a single drop of relief within an ocean of continuing sorrow. The actual hope, a promise really, is that through my own awakening the world's transformed, heaven being it's reality, and then all of our suffering is left so far behind. In the world's affairs, there will always be samsara, karmic replay of our every cause and effect - and yet here is another way, a better way. 

heaven is now.

and all we have to do....is see it.
