I Need Do Nothing

I need do nothing: 

a daily mantra, a reminder that instantly brings me great peace of mind, the simple phrase that I need do nothing is now the basis of my life. These words are my surrender, a practice that really ends all my other practices, or at least steers them from a pursuit to one of absolute joy. 

I need do nothing...A Course in Miracles calls this a statement of allegiance, giving myself fully to the Holy Spirit in complete trust in that there is, indeed, a better way. Yes, I still cause quite a mess on my own, my surrender is not yet at the point of no concerns. But I find that I am now ready in an instant to let go, there's a quicker recognition of the troubles I've made and just as quickly come the reminder that a better choice can be made. 

I need do nothing.
