My Goal

My goal: 

you're the goal, my end result offered through continuously loving you, the path of my awakening. I am in a holy relationship with you, intimately so in the sense that I'm shown a promise of transcendence, a revelation really, as I will become the truest version of myself that's so long been hidden until now, each ongoing moment of our encounter.

A Gift

A gift: 

what a gift you are to me, a promise, really, that my awakening lies within our every interaction, my own innocence reflected back to me through your eyes. This is what we offer to each other, to the world too, but first here, our soft gaze turned towards our truest selves.

maybe right now, only we can see each other,

but soon...

we'll see the world this way.

Simply Love

Simply Love: 

such a need to make things special, small cherished relationships set apart and made to seem separate from the all others. I have spent a lifetime in defense of specialness, my own, as well as those chosen to prop up my ego's demand for recognition. I'm retired from that now, or at least I hope so - as there are still the last tired cries of my demands. 

but they're softer now.

quieter. 

and yet...

something more intimate is being offered, something beautiful, holy, and now I see the entirety of the world in a single presence. It's not a small cherished love any longer....it's simply love cherishing everyone through the appearance of another. 

there's only love.

and I finally see that now.

My Path of Love

My path of love: 

everything is offered to the Holy Spirit for transformation, and most importantly, all of my relationships are given this opportunity as a means for my awakening. Two things to note here: the Holy Spirit is the symbol of a mind that only knows itself as love - and that every encounter with another, no matter how casual it might seem, has the potential to be proven holy.

are now my path of love.

What We Off

What we offer: 

so I now recognize my many special relationships, subtle indeed, yet elevated to the point of causing a quiet anguish through my life. What I've looked for in others is a sense of completion where it can never be found, and with this I've long denied my own holiness. The role of every relation is transformation, recognizing our true reflection through the eyes of another. 

and this is what you offer me.

I'm now ready for the Holy Instant, that moment of clear seeing when the ego's mask is dropped and our holiness is revealed. It only takes a moment, just a little willingness to finally see reality shine through and show us the truth of who we are.

Only Love

Only love: 

and then comes the Holy Relationships, those drawn to a greater healing between two that will then extend itself towards the entire world. These are shared values, guided by the Holy Spirit, and the self-interest of each is surrendered to the whole. No, it's not an easy path, made available only to those who are committed to forgiveness and the way of love. 

it's a life guided by the Holy Spirit.

listening,

deeply so,

and then living with the message heard.

again, the Holy Spirit here is our own truest voice, one that only and always whispers to us of love. Anything else is the shout of ego, defending it's demands, fortifying illusions, and drawing non-existent lines between us. A Holy Relationship is simply the choice of listening, hearing, and paying attention to one voice of love over the pettiness of ego, 

it's a commitment made to each other, 

a vow to remember only love,

and with that - 

we begin to heal the world.
