As The Becoming Of My World

and with no line found
between us -
I see you as the becoming
of my world.

~
In seeing first our own absence as a solid front against the formless - we come to find the view in a new light of our becoming. Here we see that we are space for each other - I am  not crowded within narrow confines of body and thought, but the capacity to allow these things to be, I am built open for the sole purpose of the world. To hold you in my view is to recognize ourselves in continuation, and through you we come to further points of explorations.

~
Running is simply the art of becoming the world in motion.

Let's Begin

Let's begin with the premise that we can see our own absence in the world - through a direct gaze returned to source we find not a seer, but only seeing, and an awareness that holds it all in single view. Let's begin with an attempt to see our own head, to retrace a line of sight that allows our eyes to behold themselves - simply look. Only two things are found - nothing, and everything. We assume a head that occupies space while in fact there is spaciousness alone that holds the world. Look again, rely on this sight as the evidence that we are indeed formlessness channeled to a finite point of form and wonder - we are absent, but again we are here in a joyful experience of it all. Let's begin with simply seeing.

~
We are awareness - yet still we are motion channeled through a runner's form.

Eric

Inspired

To be inspired - as our own spaciousness is matched to page and infinite possibilities come to a moments form against us. We too are written from an endless source as a brief expression displayed in time, we are poets of our own wonder, giving both words as well as empty page. To be all this is not to search, nor wait, for inspiration but to simply abide in the awake awareness in which all things appear. From this source - what we need will be delivered, and in truth is always here.

~
We are fueled not by food or water but the world itself in all its beauty. Of course we tend to our bodies on every run - but what sees us through the course of distance is inspired of our own continuation as an endless source. We too go on forever.

Peace,
Eric

Our Only Act Of Letting Go

Our only act of letting go - is the concept of self we hold to, and the
moment we surrender to the sense of something
larger.
~
A bird gives itself to flight. Our steps have faith for the earth to catch their fall. There is an ease in letting go. It's how we find out who we really are.

God Alone

God alone - and so too as
our existence.

This is the inclusion of all things to the point of no departure. There is God, infinite, ineffable, and alone as only this reality - and then there comes an appearance within this template of creation. This is our mystery, the suddenness of form against the backdrop of formless promise. We could be anything - and in truth we are everything, yet, right now, this moment, we are an appearance of such unique beauty, that a lifetime is give for the fullness of its expression. Indeed, we are a gift that God alone truly understands.

~
We run alone - an aspect of the whole.

Peace,
Eric

Grace Found In Letting Go

and the grace found in letting go has always
been the present moment of
our acceptance

The world appears in perfect order.

~
We would often prefer things to be different, or to remain the same - and the effort to affect change or maintain a certain standard is sincere and belongs within the grand perfection. And that's how we relax, to simply know that even our wish for another chance, or change of situation is held within a compassionate embrace of acceptance. Nothing is out of order. But it can certainly feel like it. So truly, the art of letting go is nothing more than the realization of our aware presence - it's all held within the spacious capacity of who we really are.
And that's endless in the grace of
its acceptance.

Peace,
Eric
