Tracks

Tracks: 

there are tracks too across the water, trails of motion with a cause as varied as a birds skim across the surface in its catch of an insect meal, or the leap of a bullfrog back into the water from a nearby log. My morning walks have helped me tune into these signs, learning to distinguish these subtle water signs and very often locating their source for a video clip or photograph. 

I love that I'm able to do this, having a new discerning talent that brings me so much joy. As well, with a bit of age and a life behind of practice - there are tracks of both ego and soul that allow me to trace them to their source. These are even more subtle than the water signs I've learned to track, but I've grown a bit more skillful, able to distinguish the first hint of trails and now, at least more often, only follow the ones that lead to a deep inner joy. 

there are tracks of God all around us. 

signs of love left for us to follow. 

just look.
